SELLER PROGRAM DETAILS:

You and I come to an agreed Fair Market Price for your home based on what other similar homes have sold for recently in your area.


You and I will sign a purchase and sales agreement that gives me the right to sell your home for 30 DAYS.

I will have you or a representative show your home twice a week for 30 DAYS.

If I don't get a buyer who wants to buy your home; my contract with you expires automatically.  If I do get a buyer, I will have the buyer put up 1% earnest money and we go to closing 30 days after that.


After I get one of my pre-approved buyers to sign a purchase and sales agreement to buy your home, I then assign the contract back to you and you or the title company pay me my profit spread via an invoice fee for assigning my buyer over to you at closing.
