As a buyer there are three ways you can work with us:

1. You can choose a home out of our inventory.
2. Tell us what kind of house you are looking for and we will help you find it.
3. Find a house on your own and we will negotiate with the seller to see if can get the terms we need to qualify it for our  Program.

Either way, the terms will be the same….if you can afford the monthly payments and can afford the closing costs, the house is yours!

Already Found a Home?

If you have identified some properties you're interested in then send us the homeowners contact information. We will contact the seller and see if we can qualify it for our Special Financing program. If we are successful then we will put it under contract and move forward with the closing. Homes listed with a Realtor do not qualify for our Special Financing program.  They must be FSBO.

One final note. ALL TERMS of every transaction are fully disclosed to the buyer and the seller. There are NEVER any hidden charges or surprises when you purchase a home through any of our programs.
